The Fort Zumwalt School District encourages qualified persons interested in running for a position on the School Board to file to be a candidate in the April 7, 2026 election. Interested persons may file at the superintendent’s offices located at 555 East Terra Lane, O’Fallon, Missouri.
Filing will begin on Dec. 9, 2025, at 8 a.m. and will continue during the district’s regular business hours, which are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Except for the first and last day of filing, filing will not occur on days that the school district’s central offices are closed due to inclement weather. Filing will also not occur on the following holidays when the school district’s central offices are closed: Dec. 24 to 29 and Dec. 30 from 8 a.m. to 2:59 p.m. Filing will end on Dec. 30, 2025, at 5 p.m. (office hours are 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. on this date).
The names of qualified candidates appear on the ballot in order of filing. There are three positions available with three-year terms.
