We had a fabulous group of 6th-grade girls who went on a field trip to the General Motors plant. It is such an incredible experience to get our students involved in STEM activities in our community. Students got to engage in hands-on engineering challenges and had a blast!

It is always so fun being in Mrs. Coleman's 6th grade math classroom! Students are actively engaged in learning and talking about their thinking. Students also self-assess their learning! Way to go, 6th grade!
The four middle schools have started their attendance competition! The WINNING school gets to tape their principal to the wall and live stream it for the other schools to view. Week one down and SMS takes the lead! We love seeing our students come to school each day.

Shoutout to 8th grader Harrison Gregory whose Veterans Day essay was entered in the Patriots Pen Essay Contest. He won first place with the OFallon VFW and received a certificate and $50 cash. We couldn't be prouder Harrison!
