The Panther track team electrified the crowds in Jefferson City, MO, sending an elite powerhouse contingent to compete at the ultimate stage: the MSHSAA State Track Championships!
Representing the Panthers with pride and passion were:
Ada Lawson (Freshman) – 300M Hurdles
Cam Sherman (Junior) – Long Jump & 4x100M Relay
Jayden Noel (Senior) – 100M Dash & 4x100M Relay
Logan Bauer (Junior) – Shot Put
Mikey Vonner (Junior) – 4x100M Relay
Trent Menke (Senior) – 4x100M Relay
History is Made!
The blazing-fast 4x100M relay team (Sherman, Noel, Vonner, and Menke) left it all on the track, capturing a phenomenal 4th place in the State! Not only did they secure a podium finish, but they also shattered the school record with a mind-boggling time of 41.88 seconds!
Meanwhile, freshman sensation Ada Lawson capped off an absolutely unforgettable debut season. Proving she belongs among the elite, Lawson blazed through the 300M Hurdles to claim 7th in the State!
