Fort Zumwalt North Panthers

•The fee for all 17 camp days is $70 (includes a t-shirt).  

•FZN is paperless for camp registration. The website is https://gofan.co/event/6349219?schoolId=MO24103 and you’ll look for “Boys Basketball 9-12” under activity registration.                                                                                                     

•All players are highly encouraged to attend every day of camp/practice. We will be installing offensive & defensive philosophies as well as working on skill work. We will have days specific to skill work, shooting fundamentals and repetition only.  A day of contact counts when a basketball is used.                                                                                                                       

•We will be hosting games for our freshmen, JV and V on June 8 and June 11. The times and opponents are TBD. We will discuss rosters for this later.                                                                  

•We will attend UCM (University of Central Missouri) this year. More details to come but this will be an overnight camp where we stay the night for 2 nights. Last year, we were able to bring a freshmen, JV and varsity team! Rosters will be discussed later.                                                                                                                  

• “Fast CATS” - We will be having weightlifting & speed sessions. This is also listed on the “Summer Camp Registration” online & we're-Ed”. It’s encouraged to participate in this program. Coach Stewart is one of the best weight room coaches around & we use him throughout the season as well.  Being bigger, faster and stronger is a must for anyone who desires to be successful playing Class 6 basketball!  

•Our off-season and summer workouts are non-mandatory but so is playing time during the season. If you want more playing time, then working hard and having high energy during the off-season will improve your opportunity during the season and improve our program.
