First off, I will be out of the building from March 10-13. While I am always happy to correspond by email to support our Trailblazers, I would ask that questions, concerns, or feedback be shared with Mr. Brodbeck. Mr. Joe Sutton, former principal at FZ North High School, will be in the building helping Mr. Brodbeck as he ably keeps LCE running in top form.
A few announcements for weeks to come:
Lucky to Have You Week is fast approaching! We will be holding our 3rd annual Lucky to Have You Week from March 16-19. March 18 and March 19 will be our Donuts with a Lucky Ones events. March 18 will be for families last names A-M, and March 19 will be for all remaining families. Doors will open at 8:15am both days.
Additionally, students may wear green or orange any day of the week for a Trailblazer ticket!
The 5th Grade DARE Spaghetti Dinner is fast approaching! Mark your calendars for Monday, March 16, and be on the lookout for more info!
Bus Evacuation Drills: As usual, we love to BE PROACTIVE at LCE! On Monday morning, buses will be practicing an evacuation in case they ever had to do so in an emergency.
PTC Meeting: Our March PTC meeting will be on Monday, at 5:15pm. We meet at SPE in their conference room, and all are welcome to attend!
Spring and Club Pictures: Smile and say cheese! Spring Picture Day is here! Tuesday will be our Spring Picture day and will also be the day we take our Club photos!
Talent Show Practice: Students who tried out for and who will be participating in the Talent Show have a practice opportunity with Mrs. Scarpace on Wednesday, starting at 8am. If you have Talent Show questions, please contact Mrs. Scarpace. We can’t wait to see LCE talent in action!
LCE Talent Show!: The Talent Show is here! We will be hosting the 2026 LCE Talent Show on Wednesday at 6pm at FZ East High School. All are welcome to attend!
