At LCE, we value empowered students and staff. When teachers and students work together, amazing things can happen!
This week we held our first Leadership Den meetings. Students and staff signed up for one of 20 dens, such as announcements, recycling, greeters, playground, etc. We will work together to empower these leaders to truly lead within their circle of control.
We can’t wait to see what awesome things we can achieve this year, together!
