Vendor Information
Vendors requesting to be placed on the Fort Zumwalt School District Purchasing Department's Official Bid List are required to complete a registration packet. The packet includes The Qualification Statement, Category List, Registration Form and W-9. Completing the packet does not guarantee future business with the District, but will provide the vendor an opportunity to participate in the competitive bid process.
