Students at Progress South Elementary were reading “One Drop of Kindness”, written by Jeff Kubiak. The students wanted to shower the school with their own drops of kindness, so they created a board at the entrance of the school where they each wrote down how they could share kindness with others. They will be adding more drops as the school year continues to remind themselves and each other that no matter who we are or where we are from, we are all capable of kindness.
