On December 4th, staff and students from Flint Hill Elementary celebrated their first ever Diversity and Disability Awareness Day. Students participated in discussions and several hands-on activities that were organized by their student teachers, Miss Buehne and Miss Stearns. During the activities, Flint Hill Elementary students learned what it may be like to face challenges due to lack of ability as well as how to celebrate our differences.

We had the opportunity to create and share some activities with some of the students and we want to thank all of the them for allowing us to be a part of their day.
