On April 3, voters in Fort Zumwalt School District will choose two members for the Board of Education. There are five candidates running for a three-year term. Voters will vote for TWO. Candidates are listed in order they will appear on the ballot. All information below provided by the candidate.  *Incumbent.

Education: St. Louis Preparatory Seminary High School, St. Louis Community College at Florissant Valley, St. Louis Electrical Training Alliance

Short statement about your reasons for seeking election to the Board of Education and your qualifications for this position: I believe in a quality public education and have a personal interest in preserving and improving the educational experience of all students.

Short statement about your reasons for seeking election to the Board of Education and your qualifications for this position: Growing up in the city of St. Louis, I always knew I would work with kids and serve my community. During my 15-year tenure as a teacher and administrator, I have been able to serve thousands of students across the St. Louis area. My hunger to reach and empower kids has increased while my desire to serve my community remains steadfast.

Short statement about your reasons for seeking election to the Board of Education and your qualifications for this position: I am the chair of the Engineering and CAD Departments at St. Charles Community College. I interact regularly with students fresh out of high school. I also have children about to embark on their K-12 journey. I would be honored to help shape the school district over the next few years on their behalf.
