1. New Computer Server Room Addition at District Administration Office
a. The project involves constructing a new computer server room addition of approximately 2,230 sf at the Fort Zumwalt School District Administrative Office. Construction is concrete slab on grade, exterior composite wall panels, and typical interior materials and finishes including painted drywall, acoustical lay-in ceilings, and VCT flooring.
